Phenomenal customer service! Can't say that enough. Multiple messages back and forth for multiple days, they were great!!! Had an issue when installing where the radio lost communication with the factory amplifier. Found a recessed pin on the CAN harness(car side) that caused the amp to go into protect mode. Once fixed, the system ran up perfect. Lots of options within the module to play around with for volume control and even an EQ. Screen brightness and quality are spot on. Instructions and others do warn about navigating the menus with the touch pad, very sensitive, but easy to get used to. One thing to note, the instructions are a little tough to follow in terms of different configurations, but overall not too difficult. As an experienced audio equipment installer, I do recommend disconnecting the battery prior to installation to prevent possible issues and/or faulting systems inadvertently. Also, pre-plan where the decoder box will end up. Really helps when routing the harnesses. Did not fit within the radio space in my 2016 RC 300.

It works great on my Lexus RX350 Joystick 12.3" version. However, installation is tricky, and it might need some knowledge to get it done. Otherwise, it's recommended to have a professional install for you to prevent problems.

First thing first, the module is easy to install, installed in 2020 Lexus Is with a 10.3 inch screen/Nav, its a generic module some extra wire harness are included which can be confusing when installing, my only gripe is that sometimes it will not automatically launch to CarPlay during wireless connection, until the menu button is pressed, when connected via wire the module automatically launches.installed a custom update from the vendor but the issue is not resolved once in CarPlay there’s no lags and everything works properly, will see how long it last.

Very happy with how this system works. I installed it on my 2014 lexus gs 350. I primarily use it for apple car play, but all the functions work great. I did need some help navigating the installation, but the customer service was amazing and they were able to guide me every step of the way.

The installation by a non professional is challenging. I watched their video which did not have a voice over talking about what they were doing so it made it difficult to follow at times. Other u tube videos made by other companies were more helpful. The kit has extra wiring harnesses and the instructions did not make it clear on which ones to use. It would have been nice to see an explanation on which harnesses went with each model of automobile.

The CarPlay box it’s good and easy to install plus for sellers is very nice, in the package missing LVDS cable and they’re tried to send me faster and they are always email to me and ask how to install unit, sent me instructions, I tried to install one hour and everything was working good. Again sorry for last time that I wrote reviews look bad on you because when I open the package and I didn’t see the LVDS cable I’m very mad and I tried to message but no one responded.

I love it. Installed in my 2018 Lexus Rx 350 before summer time and it works !!. Android Auto works like charm. I enjoy it very much.

Good product, but most inportantly they have amazing tech support who helped me on each step of instalation! Highly recommended.

Works great for my 2018 Lexus RX350 F-sport 3 with the 12.3” screen and joy stock. After some tweaks and adjustments. Would not recommend installing your self if you have not mechanical background. Get it done by an professional installer. Instructions are or ok but there to many options to choose from and what cables to use or not use! Had some issue with it not working properly with what bluetooth connection to use, audio interference by alternator and the steering wheel controls not all working. Mostly to do not having the right settings. Contacted Carprokit support via Whatsapp with the supplied number in the instructions and they are super helpful with getting all the settings right. Everything works as described. Great product and would buy it again.

Literally plug and play. Placed it in my 2016 Lexus GS350 and it powered on first try. Still figuring out some settings, but just to be able to get maps and have it not lag is 100% worth it along with not having to pay an installer an absurb amount.
