How large are these pills? I have trouble taking large pills.

They are large capsules about 3/4 long by 1/4 dia

Is the powder inside capsules citrus/ sour tasting?

No not particularly sour. I open the capsules and add one to my smoothies If u take the whole capsule it’s very bland

GREAT PRODUCT FOR BRUISING

I work in dermatology and regularly recommend this product to my patients when they have purpura, those ugly black bruises older people get from minor trauma when they are on blood thinners, aspirin or ibuprofen. It works well to reduce the severity of the bruises and speeds their resolution. And I know it works because I takes it myself
