You get a range from 50lbs to 200lbs, which is great because you have plenty of room to progress as you get stronger. I actually prefer this over the adjustable type. Working your way up through the different physical units feels like more of an achievement as you get stronger. The grips themselves are heavy-duty metal and feel like they’ll last a long time. Just a heads-up, though: the metal handles are pretty aggressive and "bite" into your hands quite a bit. If you aren't used to it, it can be a bit rough on your palms. Luckily, they include 6 rolls of grip tape in the box. I have not wrapped mine yet, but I feel I may do so.
