Its neither colon-blow or colon-blip. More colon breeze. For an IBS sufferer It helps with the cramping and bloating from flareups or the times I sneak dairy. Gentle go without urgency. If you’re expecting an artificial sugar-like colonoscopy get the famous gummy bears otherwise enjoy the poo.

Didn’t work for me
It didn’t do anything for me. I still feel the same and while taking it my bowel movement was even less… I took it regularly before bed for the 7 days and literally nothing happened. I gave it some days after I finish the bottle in case it had to wait after the 7 days and nope still a week later and nothing happened. Too bad I can’t return it. I had high hope for this…

It does not work
I have been on this for 6 days and i see the difference at ALL . I thought once i hit the 3 day the fluid gates would open up .... NOPE. I understand its a gentle laxative but not doing the job for me . i still go two days without going. It doesn't work for me ! I have tried some of there other products and i love them
