Why the builder nail gel can be mistaken for non-drying after curing enough time?

My nail gel is too sticky. How can I do for this?

The builder nail gel can be soaked into the 50-60℃ Hot Water before using, then the gel become normal.

Why do my nail gel peel off easily?
