This rosemary simple syrup is such a fun upgrade for drinks. The flavor is clean and herbal without being overpowering, and it adds a really nice depth to cocktails, mocktails, and even iced tea or lemonade. You can tell it’s made with quality ingredients — not overly sweet or artificial tasting. I’ve used it in gin cocktails and sparkling water so far, and it instantly makes everything feel a little more elevated, like something you’d order at a cocktail bar. A little goes a long way, too, which is great. Perfect if you like experimenting with drinks at home or want an easy way to make everyday beverages feel special. Would definitely buy again.

The only mint syrup I’ve found that isn’t overly peppermint. Tastes natural and is outstanding in sparkling water, paired with some cucumber syrup!

This syrup is great tasting and really nice in bc a grapefruit/ seltzer and rosemary mocktsil but it is too expensive!

Not an inexpensive product and upon receipt I thought "wow, this bottle is much smaller than I expected"...however, it is the best commercial rosemary infused simple syrup I've encountered to date. Excellent strong rosemary notes avoids needing to use too much and potentially over-sweetening your cocktail. Works perfectly in a Rosemary Gin Fizz!

I ordered this as a stopgap for a cocktail as my preferred rosemary simple syrup brand was out of stock. I made the cocktail with my usual recipe and was astonished at how different it was. This is a STRONG syrup. I had to cut it with 1 part this syrup and 3 parts basic simple syrup to get a drinkable cocktail. I recognize some people may be looking for this so I’m hesitant to rate this poorly based on something that could be personal preference, but I’d be hard pressed to imagine any cocktail made with any measurable amount of this syrup undiluted that doesn’t taste like Vick’s Vapo-Rub.
