MATEIN Rolling Briefcase for Men, Large Work Rolling Bag with Big Wheels

PROS: -Three generous compartments: I carry two laptop computers with all their accessories, various work materials, pair of shoes, big bottle of water and my lunch box. It is a lot of stuff and everything fits nicely. -Huge wheels: this is my favorite feature. The rather enormous wheels make the bag roll a LOT faster and have a longer glide. This is why you always see speed skaters with large wheels in their inline skates (more speed), whereas performance skaters who do tricks use very small wheels (more control). I travel a lot for work and can definitely walk a lot faster with this briefcase. The large wheels also offer a smoother roll over rough terrain. To get to work I have to walk on a cobblestone street and this bag is almost fully quiet. With an older bag I had it was the noisiest thing ever. -Lightweight: super easy to maneuver and comfortable. CONS: -Handle not tall enough for taller users: I’m 6’.0” with long arms, and still have to slouch a bit to reach the handle at its highest setting. -Light fabric: when I ordered the briefcase, I assumed it had the fabric of regular luggage. It does not. Rather, it is more like the fabric of a backpack. While this makes the bag super light and maneuverable, it also makes it more fragile. -Awkward middle compartment design: to fully open the middle compartment, you have to lay the bag flat on its back and swing the compartment right-to-left, as if you are opening a book. Otherwise, if you open it with the bag standing straight, all the contents fall to the ground. It is a minor inconvenience, but it feels like an odd choice in the design. Overall, the product is worthy of 5 stars. It is very spacious and the large wheels are a very unique feature that typically these types of rolling briefcases do not have. Bought it during Amazon Prime Day for $66.49, which was an excellent price for this briefcase.

Amazing bag that is extremely durable and spacious.

Exactly what I was looking for in terms of capacity. However, unless you got it packed full it is very "flimsy" looking due to the material. I donated this and bought one that was more rigid and made of better material.

I had a rolling case similar to this one to keep my massive 17" laptop and its ginormous power supply, and a thin flatbed scanner inside along with other accessories. The problem with it was the laptop barely fit, even though the bagwas rated for 17" laptops, and the front of the bag would bulge out at the top, making it hard to find things in the front compartments of the bag. This bag is roomier inside and it's much easier to put my laptop into. It's also easier to find things inside. The larger wheels will make it easier to roll over rough surfaces and up steps. I added more padding inside the compartment where the handle telescopes into to better protect the contents inside. I miss the side pockets the old bag had but there is more than enough inside to hold what I put in those side pockets (heavy duty extension cord, reading glasses for use at a computer, and a couple of computer mice).

Nice bag. Love the organization. I was expecting bigger wheels, based on the picture, but came with inline skate type wheels. The smaller/less durable wheels make it easier to break them and less functional when using stairs/curbs.

I love it.. plenty of room for my leather crafting equipment and materials.

This bag is a good buy. I am not sold, however, on the compartments. I definitely think the videos of this product are a bit misleading. Firstly, one of the compartments does not zip all the way down, therefore making it hard to put things in and out of the compartment. Secondly, I thought the bag was bigger than the standard bag, and it is not. Thirdly, if the bag is a bit heavy, it will lean forward on the ground. What I love about this bag are the wheels. They are huge, sturdy and has held up extremely well. The extra compartment bags are a plus as well. Overall a good bag, but I would still pick a bag where all of the compartments zip down. Sore spot for me! This is my first review of this bag in January 2025. I purchased this bag again on July 7, 2026. It is not the same bag at all. The compartments are smaller, and when I went to transfer my things from the old bag to the new bag, they did not fit! I had to take some things out in order to close the bag. The bag still leans forward, and if the vendor was interested in improving the bag, and listening to customer feedback, something should have been done about this problem. Overall, I am looking for a new bag. Many of you do not have a comparison of this bag as I do, so you would not understand what I am experiencing. The good thing about this bag are the wheels. I kind of think all roller bags should have large wheels, they last longer. The wheels on this bag lasted over a year and a half, and I take this bag everywhere. The wheels stood the test of time. Other than that, I am not a happy camper.. Update 07/17/2026: I spoke with Kathy in customer service, and she was not interested in hearing what I had to say, or addressing my concerns. She asked me the name of the product, and the order number, several times - I gave her this information several times, but it did not transpire into problem solving. Do not think this company cares about customer concerns. Be careful!

Ich habe den MATEIN Business Trolley im Alltag und auf Reisen im Einsatz und bin wirklich begeistert. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und stabil – genau das, was man sich für häufige Nutzung wünscht. Die großen Räder sind ein echtes Plus: Der Trolley lässt sich leicht und ruhig bewegen, auch auf unebenen Flächen. Besonders praktisch sind die mitgelieferten Packing Cubes, die für Ordnung im Innenraum sorgen und das Packen deutlich erleichtern. Mein 17,3 Zoll Laptop passt problemlos hinein und ist gut geschützt. Insgesamt bietet der Trolley viel Stauraum und eine durchdachte Aufteilung. Für mich eine perfekte Kombination aus Funktionalität und Robustheit – klare Kaufempfehlung!
