**Q: This much heating on plastic is ijurious ! Is there any product with steel like mettsl ?**
A: Dear Customer,
The Carol sauna steamer is made up of polycarbonate material which can withstand temperatures upto 150 C and completely safe for use as the water temperatures wouldn't typically rise beyond 100 C . Unfortunately, a steel version is not available.

**Q: Is it both cild and steam ?**
A: Clarol Sauna Steamer gives only hot steam.
