Looks like there is a small plastic thing inside pump which gives out foam which maybe the reason for not performing well.Looks gud. It has level for water and soap how much u shud pour in. I ordered thinking its a chrome silver as shown but I got somewhat golden brownish sort of colour pump. Da hilft nur tricksen: die rechte Hand drückt Schaum in die Linke,welche man direkt vor den Schaumaustritt hält, und ein Finger der linken Hand drückt den Pumpknopf wieder hoch.Nicht im Sinne des Schaumliebhabers und nervig weil man sich immer fragt: wie viel teurer wäre denn wohl eine stabilere Konstruktiondes Pumpmechanismus....?Entleeren des Pumpsystems, reinigen, trocknen lassen etc: alles bringt entweder nur kurz etwas oder garnichts.Schade. Ganz einfach.Am Seifenspenderkopf hängt bei Lieferung ein kleiner Papp-Anhänger auf dem steht:1 Teil Seife, 5 Teile Wasser (= 1 : 5). Macht also insgesamt 6 Teile und damit eine 16,66 %ige Mischung. Folgt man dagegender bei amazon als erstes genannten Anweisung (Zitat. "Einfach Seife bis zur Linie einfüllen und Wasser hinzufügen")bekommt man/frau ein Verhältnis von 1 : 3, und ein somit ein Mischungsverhältnis von 25%.Knapp 400 ml fasst der Spender insgesamt (obere Markierung), der untere (Seifenfüll~) Strich liegt bei 100 ml Füllhöhe.Also was mag denn der Spender und insbesondere sein Pumpkopf nun lieber?Mir geht es in erster Linie um gute Schaumentwicklung und weniger ums Einsparen von Seife.Deshalb schäume ich nun 25%ig weiter und hoffe, dass das der Rückholfeder auch auf längere Zeit gut bekommt.Wenn nicht, hole ich mir Sterne zurück.
