It's a good cleansing water. I have very sensitive, very dry skin. and this isn't irritating or drying at all. I like that there's no fragrance. My daughter also uses it and her skin is more sensitive than mine. I only took off a star because it doesn't blow me away (it's tough to get five from me). I'm sure it cleans (a second swipe doesn't come away dirty), I just wish it *felt* cleaner.
