Same roller I use in Pilates
This is the same roller I used in my Pilates class and fell in love with it. I could have purchased it through them but it was cheaper on Amazon! It does do wonders for my back to get the kinks out and also great for doing planks on. Great quality and plan to make great use of it

Returned it back
They sent me the wrong color of the foam roller. I returned it back. I don’t think they’re really from balanced body either. I’ll just order it through their website instead.
