Worked great, could not figure out how to change auto turning time though and an early hatch got a foot stuck under the turner thankfully we were home to help it right away. Definitely figure that out early since they have to stay in there for a bit after hatching.

I bought one of these loved it so much I ended up buying another one. I would highly recommend this to anybody that is looking to raise their own chicks.. Hope this is helpful. Very easy to use, it rotates the eggs, and you can let the chicks stay in the incubator for a few days. I also placed these chicks under hens that are brewing.

We did not know how good this incubator would be when we purchased it but decided to give it a tribe because we like some of the features the app worked just fine on my iPhone. It alerted me when there was a humidity issue or temperature issue it rotated the eggs over four hours like it was supposed to. We would occasionally do it more often with the button. The humidity level was not hard to control. You just need to check the water daily. I am including a picture of our first hatch out of 16 eggs we had 12 hatch. We are very pleased with it. The only problem I had was figure this one out our assurian warranty got lost, and we never were able to receive it. I don’t know quite how to get that one corrected. How do you cancel the warranty that you didn’t receive and that’s not the vendor’s fault.

Update May 2024 Dropped the stars from 4 stars down to 2 stars because I’ve done 2 more hatches in this incubator after the first review. Another 12 eggs and then 16 eggs. I’ve had less than 50% hatch rate on all 3 hatches. No major temp fluctuations but humidity is a problem. The humidity rises suddenly with out water being added. So then I open the vent to bring it down a bit but then it drops below the set humidity. I have used other incubators with out this issue and with 80% hatch rates. I don’t know what the issue is with my unit but will not be using it anymore. Good incubator and I really like that it’s easy to use and has a handy app. It keeps temperature very well but the humidity is not so great. I constantly have to keep checking on humidity. I added 2 Bluetooth hygrometers to try keep the correct humidity. I did have a few humidity drops while I was at work, thankfully someone is usually home to add water. The noise on this machine is a bit louder than the other 2 I have used in the past, but nothing too bad. From the 12 eggs I put in, 11 were fertile, 8 made it to Lockdown and only 5 hatched. Over all this is a good machine at a decent price. Hopefully the next batch has a better hatch rate.

This incubator worked great, instructions are simple and the phone app was great too it would alert me that the humidity was getting low. Noise level of the machine is not loud. Heat level was good and egg capacity is good it fits 16, I only put 10 and they fit perfect.

Our first experience incubating fertile chicken eggs, chose this unit because of its ability to turn eggs, good control over humidity & heat plus a bonus app for my phone to monitor the incubator. Our chicks began hatching yesterday, right on cue. Experienced no problems with incubator throughout process, I do wonder how easily it's going to clean up inside once hatching is complete though. So far we've hatched 9 out of 16 eggs, about what we hoped for. Loved watching them pip their way out, this would be such a fun experience to share with young children.
