A: Yes it is 2 tracs, the lower trac alters the radius and compensates for the lower ceiling.

**Q: Whats the minimum clearance and/or height from ground that my car will fit under doors?**
A: That depend on how tall your car is... :-)

**Q: Does it work for 8' doors?**
A: First let my say this. my door was not 8 foot.
But this item is use for doors that don't have the headroom to open.(clearance)
With the track that came your garage door, you use the vertical track, and it has to be cut down for 1 to 6 inches depending on the situation. this conversion kit works great for me.

**Q: Will this work on a 10' tall door?**
A: You should be able use it on any height door, but you'll need longer side rails for a 10' door. You will have to adapt these rails to your side rails.
