Decent quality
So far its doing ok. I am only 9 days in on a fermentation though and not in the best environmental conditions and its still producing so I give it 4 stars on that. I would have given 5 but I am not 100% sure the fermentation is as aggressive as I'd hoped, however that being said I have used various strains of Red Star over the last 30ish years and never come away disappointed.
