Sharp, simple, and effective

Replacement disc not offered
The sharpener works well and sharpens quickly. The reason i gave it 4 stars is: the insturctions say; the disc will need to be replaced every 12to 24 months. I can find nowhere that the company offers replacement discs.

Impressive
After using the knife sharpener I tested it out on a frozen tube of meat, the knife cut right through it with very little effort. This is a great product!!!

Not Bad But could Be Better
It definitely sharpens my kitchen knives!; however if you remove the protective covers to use yiu have to remember which side is coarse and which is fine. The roller itself does not identify the side is coarse or fine. It is on the plastic covers that you have to remove to use the sharpener. It is not poka yoka, idiot proof!

Keeps my knives sharp!
I absolutely love this product! Be sure to always use on top of a secured cutting board. Keep in mind that the shavings of the metal will discolor your cutting board and it is important to scrub away any excess metal shavings before use.
