These headphones are great. These are part of my every day items. I don't like to leave the house without these. (I proof read, and I'm re typing this after, sorry for sounding like an NPC haha). I have asked for a lot of feedback when I'm talking to others, because I want to make sure they aren't getting crazy feedback from my end and wind noise etc. They say I sound very clear, and they do mention some wind noise but I also have the Soundcore P40i. I just got them, and on the app for those, they have a wind reduction option. So honestly, if you want a great LOUD headphone with the Transparent mode also, go with the P40i. If you ride motorcycles especially, I would recommend these, or the soundcore buds that have transparent mode. If you ride with a helmet, these are great to be able to hear horns and ambulances without the price tag of beats, or pods. These headphones are priced so fair. The first pair I bought was the P20i. Over a year ago and still have them and they are working so well still. I just got the P40i the other day and those are the most insane sounding ear buds I've ever used. They have the most bass and clear sounding vocals I've ever heard on a headphone. Go Soundcore, go with the in the ear, ear buds though. Don't get the old school apple white corded ear phones, get the in the ear with the replaceable tips. I am in welding school and it gets loud. These help get rid of most of the noise, and have protected my ears from Sparks as well as slag(hardened flux that protects the weld, but is still soooo hot). :) if you're a reader, I hope we had some fun till now, and if not, sorry lol. Take care friends and please, give soundcore a try, their quality isn't defined by their cost. In this case, a fair cost for a GREAT product. Edit: I absolutely dislike when you accidentally drop the case. It violently opens up and the headphones launch out of it... It's one of the most ridiculous and dramatic things I've seen from electronics lol. That's my only complaint, make the not have a door that has a lot of pressure to open back up from the hinge lol. Literally shoots open and launches the headphones from like a 2 ft drop on carpet.... serious??? I shouldn't drop it, but I'm human! Lol! Edit:... Worth the occasional headphone and case pop fly lol. Like a 6 month review and these things are so great. Best headphones ever, and so comfortable after the initial 2 weeks for your ears to get used to them. They'll be a little irritated if you don't use ear buds a lot. Transparent mode is very close to real time sound. Edit Jan 5, 2025: Still my favorite headphones. They dropped like 6 inches onto the carpet and did the most dramatic jack in the box pop out. It was ridiculous. Still 10/10 Edit Mar 3,2026 Same pair, still going strong! Wearing them right now while writing his review. Battery life for the ear buds is a 7.5/10. Battery life for the case is definitely a solid 9/10. Might need to clean off the charging terminals with a Q tip. I’ve noticed that sometimes my right one doesn’t charge (I use it the most) and I just slightly clean the terminals after a few months, and it immediately receives a charge. Update: August 30, 2026. Still going strong, and shooting out of the case when I drop them lol.. Best headphones I have ever used, ever. Battery is max at 80% max charge on right ear, because my most used side, but other than that, absolutely wonderful earbuds.

Writing this after less than 24 hours of use, so can't speak to longevity. I was previously using Beats Studio Buds from 2021 until yesterday, April 2026. After HEAVY daily use, my Beats buds finally kicked the bucket. I am not in the financial position I was in when I bought the name-brand earbuds, so I was looking for a more budget friendly option without losing too much of the quality I was accustomed to. I like that the case is slightly smaller because I do carry my earbuds around in a case hooked to my keys. Still waiting for my case to arrive, but they'll be taking up less space than my previous pair. One thing I noticed is that they connect MUCH faster than my Beats did. There is no lag at all, the second I take them out of the case, they pair. Beats fit more snugly and a bit more comfortably, but after swapping the rubber heads to a size up, these fit nicely. Still adjusting to how they feel in my ear, but that seems to be a familiarity issue rather than a flaw. I have not yet worn them during exercise so I can't speak to how well they stay in, but I haven't had any issues using them at my office job. Noise cancellation was not my main priority because I usually only have one bud in at work, and if I'm exercising outdoors I like to have awareness of my surroundings, but I do think the noise cancellation is better on these than on my beats. I've noticed even with only one earbud in, I've not noticed people talking to me as easily. The case charged up very quickly to a full charge and I've had one earbud in for the better part of an 8 hour shift and it's still working great. Another feature I think is SO smart is that the rubber pieces that insert into your ear also have a mesh pattern which covers the actual wire mesh filter that sits inside the earbud preventing that from falling out or, worse, into your ear. Those mesh filters on my Beats constantly fell out and have been lost for a very long time. I'm no advanced audiophile, but to me the sound quality is more or less the same as before. At the very least, there is nothing about the Beats buds that are worth roughly $100 more than these. I have not tested the microphone for phone calls, and I won't be, it's just not something I use or need. I do think that they should have come with a carrying case due to how small and sleek the case itself is. Easy to remedy with a case ordered separately, but it would have made them feel more high quality. Initial pairing was common sense but a gripe I had was that the instructions were images only, no written text, and I had to find out from a YouTube comment section that for them to pair successfully you have to remove the buds and remove a teeny tiny piece of film off the bottom of the buds. The instructions neither pictured nor mentioned anything about that and it would have saved some frustration and extra googling had that been included. If these can last as long as my Beats Studio Buds did, then I can't think of a reason to pay the premium for a name brand earbud. Very pleased!

Great earphones but not for sleeping or serious noise cancellation. Soundcore makes sleep earbuds, I know, but they were much more expensive so I tried these first. The sound was great. Wonderful fit and they come with different sizes of ear tips. Easy to pair with my phone. All great until the two things I wanted them for: noise cancellation and streaming audiobooks while I sleep (the only magic cure for my insomnia). The earbuds claim 98% noise blocking. I could still hear all kinds of noises: street sounds, neighbor dogs, regular talking, the AC that I was desperately hoping to block. Noise was less but like 40% less, at most. I tried all the methods suggested to make cancellation better. Disappointing, especially when I tried my husband's Bose earbuds and no sound got through. I might have lived with this but the battery didn't last through the night in noise cancellation mode and bellowed "low battery, " seemingly at a higher volume. There's no way to turn this off?!? Come on! Even if I weren't trying to sleep I don't want earbuds yelling at me. Anyway...for regular, non-sleep uses they're great and you'll probably like them. I am grateful that these could be easily returned.

I am very satisfied with my Soundcore Space A40 Adaptive ANC Earbuds. The sound quality is superb, especially the bass response. The bass is rich and full without overpowering the rest of the music. Listening to music with these earbuds is simply fun—I find myself enjoying familiar songs all over again and hearing details I hadn't noticed before. The Adaptive Noise Cancellation also works very well and makes it much easier to become immersed in the music without outside distractions. The earbuds are comfortable, compact, and easy to use. I actually used ChatGPT to help me research and select these earbuds. I explained what I was looking for, compared several alternatives, and the Space A40 emerged as a very good match for my needs. After spending time listening to them, I'm extremely pleased with the choice. For their combination of sound quality, excellent bass, noise cancellation, comfort, and value, the Soundcore Space A40 earbuds have exceeded my expectations. They have made listening to music more enjoyable—and that's probably the best compliment I can give them.

The noise-cancelling and sound quality are top-notch - really excellent. The Space A40 is one of the best wireless ANC models offered today and well worth the price. Set-up is easy. They stick in your ears pretty well when doing fairly placid exercise like hiking, walking, yoga, weightlifting - might not always stay in place while doing competitive team sports with a lot of rough movement, potential collisions with other athletes and so on. They can handle a bit of water splashing in their direction but I noticed the sound quality is reduced for a while when water gets into the space between the bud tip and your ear - until you work the water out of the space.

I have a Love hate relationship with these. First let me say I've had a pair of Life dot 2's and A1's both also made by anker but with a slightly more active design that incorporated Rubber buttons, And Silicone Ear flares of different sizes to help hold them in. These Space A40's do not have as strong of a bass as the Soundcore life dot 2's or A1's they do have a cleaner very clear sound so If you like classical slow music or podcasts watching movies etc they're good there, and the Noise canceling is awesome. They also feature a small very compact case and they look very sleek with the black and silver. Now for the cons that keep my opinion of them for my own use on the fence after having them for long enough to use them for everything. These do not have bottons. they are touch sensitive and sometimes do not register the amount of times you touch them, so you get the wrong input meaning I wanted to change the volume and instead skipped my song, or vise versa very annoying. They also feature a completely plastic body with only silicone utilized for the tip. so They're quick to fall out of your ears if you exercise or work up any kind of sweat, and when you touch them to adjust them in your ear they usually do something you didn't want them to do because of the touch sensitive design instead of buttons lol... They also are only IPX4 rated which is only water resistant in the case of water or sweat getting on them, so if you drop them in water they're likely toast unlike the Life dot 2's which are IPX5 and The A1's which were IPX7 rated meaning fully submersible for a small period. My overall assessment of the Space A40 earbuds is these are great for low activity users who are not intending on having a real strong bass and want clear audio with good noise canceling and a good battery life. I think for the price they're good compared to other makers but I feel like it's a shame that anker has made very similar earbuds in the past (lacking the compact case and sound canceling) that were more water resistant, stayed in your ear better and Had physical buttons for roughly $20 less and they discontinued them leaving these the most similar design which unfortunately just falls short for the people like me who like relaxing at home or on your work break listening to music, podcasts, shows etc and then later going for a jog or lifting weights because of their lack of retention in your ears and the buttonless design. I will keep using these as they're great, where they're good. but for the active lifestyle they leave you wanting more in places their previous similar models didn't.

They connect really fast and work well whether you're using only one or both. The sound is solid. The noise canceling is also good for ear buds. By far the best ear buds I've used at this price point. My only gripe is that the touch controls can be finicky. It works, but sometimes takes me a couple trys to get the double tap pause/play to work.

I have had these earbuds for a little over a year and half. I have worn these pretty much every day from 8am to 12am. Here are their pros and cons. PROS: - Small form factor: They are small and the case fits right in your pocket. I've often forgotten I had the case on me and I frequently forget that I am wearing the buds. - Long battery life: These suckers will last a long time before they need to be charged. I like to use one earbud at a time so I am always aware of my surroundings and I can just switch earbuds when the other dies. - Great sound: These buds are loud. They are so loud I can hear them well over my partial deafness and tinnitus. - Wireless charging: Though unnecessary (it has usb-c), this has been a surprisingly useful feature that I really enjoyed. - Touch controls: These controls are pretty good and rarely accidentally trigger. The app lets you set the action for single tap, double tap, and long press. CONS: - Sometimes the earbuds don't turn back on after you've killed their battery and set them in the case for the night. You have to take them out then put them back in and give it like 2 minutes before they will power on again. - Suddenly have distortions in the sound. This is mostly apparent with certain freqencies but the sound is like an overdriven speaker about to blow out. Really distracting and annoying. Again I am partially deaf and often have these buds at maximum volume to hear shows that are too low, so maybe they were not designed to be driven that hard for almost two years? - I've suddenly started getting a horrible high pitch screeching sound randomly coming from my right earbud that screams at me when I move my mouth or just for no reason. (I suspect its an issue with the ANC because it seems to happen when its enabled) - After all of this time, I think the battery is going out or it's not charging as much as it thinks it is. I started to have variations in use time ranging from the full 10 hours to recharging the bud around noon after using it for only a couple of hours. So why am I giving it 4 stars and not less? Because they are pretty good earbuds for the price and they come with a lot of features. I am not sure if I just overuse my headphones but none of them have lasted long either. So I can't be certain if it's just my use case or earbuds just don't last long in general. Despite all the cons they have been my favorite earbuds in a long time and only just recently started giving me trouble. I would normally give them 5 stars but they basically lost a star because they didn't last longer.

Ich habe diese Kopfhörer vor allem gekauft, um beim Einschlafen Hörbuch zu hören. Ich hatte auch die neuesten Schlafkopfhörer von Anker getestet - Leistung und Preis haben da aber für mich nicht zusammengepasst. Die Space A40 sind für mich perfekt: sie drücken nicht, sind leicht und klein genug, das ANC ist gut genug, um störende Geräusche beim Einschlafen zu unterdrücken, rauscht aber leicht. Der Sound ist für den genannten Zweck ausreichend, für Musik würden sie mir nicht genügen (aber ich habe auch hohe Ansprüche). Nachts irgendwann fallen sie mir aus den Ohren, aber das ist für mich nicht weiter schlimm - weit weg können sie ja nicht sein. Außerdem positiv: die Touchbedienung an den Stöpseln lässt sich in der App komplett deaktivieren und an den Stöpseln selbst gibt es keine störenden LEDs. Bei der Art wie ich die Kopfhörer verwende, muss ich das Case nicht oft laden, maximal einmal in der Woche. Fazit: für mich sind das gute Schlafkopfhörer für einen fairen Preis.

I lost my AirPods and wanted to buy a replacement without spending too much. Read glowing reviews online and went ahead and bought on Amazon.SG. Delivery was very quick, setting up was easy and works as promised. Noise cancellation is reasonably good too.

Great audio for the price, noise cancellation works great in the office.

Great value for money, amazing base, perfect mic, very light on ears. i used to use Samsung Galaxy bud 2 Pro but after using Soundcore A40, i have realised it is much better in terms of call quality, music perhaps the same (but in nearly half the price of samsung buds). 3D sound is not so great though, but overall great music and call experience.
