The electric roti maker I bought from Amazon is a convenient kitchen appliance that helps save time and effort, especially for beginners. It is easy to use—just place the dough ball, press, and cook. The rotis come out uniform in shape and size, which is helpful if you struggle with rolling them manually. However, the biggest drawback is that the rotis do not always puff like traditional tawa rotis, which affects their softness and taste. Sometimes they feel slightly dry or hard. There is also a small learning curve, as the dough consistency and pressing technique matter a lot. Build quality is decent but may not be very durable in cheaper models. Overall, it is a good option for quick cooking and convenience, but it cannot fully replace the taste and texture of handmade rotis.

3rd class product. Waste of money. Do not purchase. Bcoz there is no option to refund your money once you buy this. Only replace option is there. So they are forcefully stick that product to you if you can't like that. I wasted my 2000 rs here. There is no contact of service provider also. I will even not given 1 star to this roti maker.

Reviews were not that good when I decided to buy it. I was bit skeptical but anyway I made the decision to buy it. There is nothing wrong with the product and I am happy with my purchase. If your roti comes out like rubber or hard, u need to understand the technique. The technique is the main thing in making rotis in roti maker. You will master it with practice . 1.Keep the dough moist ( not too hard) 2.Dont press the dough balls too hard in the roti maker. Press it but not too hard otherwise the rotis will be torn and will not puff. 3. When one side is roasted slightly turn it and let the second side roast properly ( brown spots on roti) dont do too much too, then flip it around put the lid down. Rotis will come out perfectly.

Had bought to replace the one I already use for past 1 yr or so (a Libra brand) which is only for roti and not omelettes etc. With my earlier experience, adjusted the temperature setting first and it was good to go. Haven't tried omelettes or others except roti yet and for roti it was perfect. I see many comments of roti not coming out perfectly or not puffing up. The key is to set the temperature, i.e. from a cold start, plugin to power, wait for around 5 minutes, move the temperature nob at the bottom clockwise a little bit (I mean literally little or you damage the thermostat) till green lights up, that's it. Second, your flour should not be hard as in normal roti making, it should be very much more soft. It should be little bit sticky. My measure is a cup of flour to 3/4th water or adjust sometimes. I knead in a kneader which is set to 8 minute. Add a tbsp of oil and knead a little with hand, keep it for 15 to 20 minute. That's it. After pressing the dough look for little bubbles forming up (about say 1 to 1.5 minute, it may vary), flip it, cook for about 20 to 25 secs, flip again, gently bring down the top cover, the roti puffs up beautifully. It requires little bit of experimenting and getting used to, it may require few trials to get your perfect settings. I too had the same issues in the beginning.

This is not serving our purpose, I am a old customer of Amazon. And as it is not serving my purpose I want to return it.

Its almost 2months, product is working good until now. I am expecting long-term support from Longway regarding warranty if anything happens.

Power chord very low quality. If u use it for 5 min ur power chord will melt.The roti maker heated so much u can't control to make ur roti maker.
