Being new to sourdough, the last thing you want is to be spending loads of money. These are handy to have and work for multiple things. These scrapers are great. I am able to fully incorporate flour, etc. for pizza dough easily with no kneading necessary. Every bit of dry ingredients are scraped cleanly into the dough. They are comfortable to hold and are a good size and thickness without any concern or breaking. Easy peasy cleanup in the dishwasher and they tuck away conveniently in the drawer til next time.
