The only "complaint" is my dubia roaches grow too fast when I use it frequently so I have had to limit how much I can give just so I don't have to keep buying more smaller roaches. It is also easier to mix in water compared to other powders. I recommend using one of those small beverage frothers so it can mix evenly without chunks. It is also faster than way.
