I’m not new to micro-needling, this was a replacement for my old one. I try to replace at least once a year as the needles will dull with use. This item feels of good quality, it rolls nicely on the skin. The rolling mechanism is smooth and stable. Cannot find any fault. Makes tiny little holes in my scalp, just like it should. Had it for months now, and just as sharp under regular use. Use it with Regaine foam. seems to work well in combination.
