It come with a bag full of additionnal matter to fill the pillow, but actually I had to take out some of it from the pillow to be really comfortable.

Not as cooling as I thought it would be.

I added this pillow to help with my neck tension and TMJ, and the crescent shape is perfect for me as a side sleeper. The adjustable fill is a fantastic feature because you can add or remove as much as needed to create your ideal firmness and support level. I have both the traditional and cooling versions. They provide the same great support, but as someone who tends to overheat at night, the cooling version is essential for me and feels wonderful. At first, I worried that the unusual shape might look odd when making the bed, but if you position the pillow with the crescent side facing downward, you can barely tell that it isn’t a traditional shape. It’s comfortable, customizable, supportive, and still looks lovely on the bed!

This pillow is comfortable and keeps me nice & cool all night. Great investment.
