Plumber could not provide a work around. Seller wouldn’t refund because the time to return had elapsed when our plumber was able to install. I don’t think it’s right to market incompatible products to customers. Company admits the product they marketed and sent won’t work in the UK. Unfortunately, by the time the plumber could come and install it was beyond their refund date. So even though they know they sold me a product that wouldn’t work in the UK, they won’t replace orRefund.
