Resco Professional Anti-Static Dog, Cat, and Pet Rotating Pin Comb, Best for Removing Knots and Mats

Now this is a revelation, what a gem. Makes attacking those snaggles and knots do easy. I have a Goldendoodle with a predominantly wool coat. He gets little knots between his front legs where his harness goes. This comb is great at teasing them out, so easy. Occasionally I miss a knot in his 'skirt', where he has hair rather than wool, which leads to a longer knot, this comb sorts it in no time.

My second one of these. Still using the first. With a double coated breed, especially one shedding his puppy coat, I find this comb really helps. The rotating teeth mean you’re not pulling on the mats but the narrowness of the gap between them means you don’t miss any.

It does remove knots but I’m not a professional groomer,it’s nice to use and my dogs don’t object to me combing them anymore.

I, unfortunately, have not had a chance to use this yet but am looking forward to my first opportunity. We will be having our Ragdoll kitten come home in the very near future. This comb has come highly recommended to many other Ragdoll cat owners. It is excellent quality. My last comb had a wooden handle which eventually broke so I really like this one.

Meine Maine Coon sind eigentlich was schwierig beim Kämmen, aber dieser Kamm scheint wenig zu ziepen, kam bisher sehr gut damit durch das Fell. Auch die Unterwolle kann ich damit rausholen, ohne gekratzt zu werden. So wirklich antistatisch ist der Kamm zwar nicht, aber da ich meine zwei Kater damit endlich mal richtig kämmen kann, bin ich sehr zu zufrieden.

The teeth rotate and really make combing difficult hair so much more easy and smooth with minimal hair breakage or loss because hair does not break or pull out. Especially effective with a product like Cowboy Magic (yes, originally I bought for my horses) or Biosilk. Cowboy Magic seems identical to Biosilk to me. It's great great stuff. I have horses and I use this comb on manes and tails. But even better, I use it on my own hair because I bought two when I realized what it was. My hairdresser had originally suggested that I never use a brush on my own hair because it's curly and fine and breaks easily. She always uses a metal-tooth comb with rotating teeth like this, only the one she uses is a little bigger and marketed for humans. But it is the same concept and the only difference is the distance between the teeth and slight difference in length of the teeth. My horses love it. And my dog loved it. I love it. This is the all-around family comb LOL for those with long delicate hair. I cannot say enough about how great these things are. My two cents. It really helps to have a good product to use with it but the comb by itself is also a huge help in the everyday grooming of ourselves and our beloved pets.
