Awful product
This remote is useless, you are unable to program the buttons and it is so unreliable. When it does find the correct TV or Sky box half the buttons don't function. Tried using other codes of the same make and they were even worse.

Buttons were not working properly
After tuning it in properly buttons were not working properly left and right buttons were also acting like the volume buttons I stead of scrolling my menu on tv buttons were cheap and clunky so ended up buying cambridge audio multimedia remote on picture above from richer sounds shop which works great more expensive but lesson learnt u get what you pay for hope this was useful.
