After seeing this advertisement on several of my favorite YouTube channels. I figured it was about time I purchased some of the cans and powder. It was a Great purchase! My wife and I love the taste so far of the ones we've tried. I purchased the watermelon flavor of the powdered flavor. It tastes great just like the can version. * I would like to try a sample of the other powdered versions of the LMNT.

These definitely have a salty taste, but I like them. I drink them mid afternoon for a little pick me up and can feel a difference when I don’t drink one.

It taste like a mild soda, not very salty at all..

I really love LMNT, switched from liquid IV to these after they hooked me up with a free care package for being a fire fighter. Since then I have never gone back! The flavor is unique and addictive, now I start every day with either a carbonated can or a mix in powder before my workouts. I can not stress proper hydration enough, when it comes to every aspect of your life TBH. P.s. Pro tip from a 41 year old = drink one before and one after a long night of drinking alcohol for a Much better following day

Be advised, these are salty. May be an acquired taste for some. HOWEVER. I love these. I always WANT to eat/drink better but usually can’t commit to health focused drinks like this. I hate the taste of fake stuff and artificial sweeteners and whatnot. But these I love and have been consistently drinking. They make me feel GOOD afterwards too, like I just took an IV bag.

It’s more salty than the packets and it’s carbonated, I ordered it in error, but I am glad I did. I wish the can was smaller though because it’s a little more than I can drink before it goers flat. The flavors are Great, blackberry lime-yummm
