3D Bop Bag Blow Up Inflatable Tiger

I read tons of reviews on this before purchasing and decided that it was worth the $ to try it for my daughters 5th birthday party. I ordered two just Incase one was defective. I had read to fill the water first then inflate. It was difficult getting enough water into the compartment at the bottom though without some air in it. So I inflated the entire thing and then tried to add water. That made it difficult as well since now the air chamber pressed against the water chamber and I couldn’t get enough water in it this way either. I released about 1/3 Of the air, added water, sealed the water compartment and then filled the rest of the air. Now that I had a system, the second one was much easier and faster to fill. Both of them worked perfectly and withstood 30 kids for 3-4 hours of fun at the party. It’s been 2 months and these still get bopped around and ninja kicked by my 2 and 5 year old and neither has sprung a leak or deflated at all. I’m actually blown away by their endurance this long! I will say, if you blow it up, add water, it stands, you knock it over and it does not bounce back, you haven’t added enough water in the bottom of it. It was a mild frustration to find my system for properly filling both chambers of these things. When they are filled properly, they work perfectly. If you fill the air chamber too much it pushes against the water chamber and you’ll never be able to get enough water in there.

We ordered 2 of these for our grandchildren. 1 of them is constantly loosing air. We thought at first we had not blown it up completely. After ensuring it was blown up completely, we waited and the next day it was slowly loosing air again. Unable to determine where the air is escaping, so patching is not likely. They are really cute, especially for little girls but a little disappointed that 1 out of 2 is not functioning the way we expected.

This was a toy I remembered from my childhood, mine was humpty dumpty though! The only thing I was not fond of was that you filled it with water instead of them having sand. I had previously bought one for my daughter though and we never had a leak, and she was rough with it. It is jut the thought of the water all over the carpet! However that was never a problem. I love these for kids learning to walk, they enjoy fighting with it and strengthen their muscles and works on their balance with out them really thinking about it. I have also caught some adults playing with it and enjoying the flash backs of their childhood! I would recomend it to some one and will more than likely buy again!

I was so excited to give this to my daughter for Christmas. I remember playing with these as a kid and thought that she would have a blast. First of all these don't have the sand in the bottom like higher quality ones from back in the day. Instead there is a water reservoir in the bottom that you fill separately (Difficulty figuring that part is a whole other discussion... Messy to say the least). Anyway, after filling both sections up, the thing sprung a leak within an hour! Water reservoir floods into the air pocket causing the toy not to stay upright. Eventually (1 week later) it sprung another leak and no longer holds air. Piece of trash! Not worth the stamp to ship it back. I guess I learned my lesson "You get what you pay for".

This toy has not popped & I knew it was not pre-weighted by reading the description but I did not expect the issues I had filling it. Directions read to completely fill the base with water (water!?!) before blowing up the toy. I filled the base, I attempted to shut the extremely tight fitting valve & the completely full base was no longer completely full because it obviously pours out everywhere when you put pressure on it. Well duh! It's liquid. Poor idea to use water. Since it was no longer full the water sloshes where it wants & when my 3 yr.old hits it... it stays down. No recovery. It is currently emptied & drying out in my basement. I am going to try to fill the base with sand like the ones we had when I was young. Hopefully that will solve the problem! Not sure how easy that will be though :( At which time I might up its rating.

This met expectations for the price, but is very cheaply made. It did hold air but the bottom opened up after a few hours and left sand all over the floor (no way would i trust water in that thing). I would happily spend more on a better quality product but it doesn't seem to exist, at least on Amazon.

When I ordered this bop bag, it said to leave a note saying which animal you wanted. I didn't easily find how to leave a note so I decided we would take whatever was sent because all 3 animals looked cute. We received a penguin. Since this was a gift for a 3 year old, I like that all the bop bag animals have happy faces and cute animated features instead of harsher possibly frightening features like some of the super hero villian bob bags. So, I had read other reviews and knew to fill the bottom with sand BEFORE filling the bag with air. We used a funnel and it took about 10 minutes to get the sand in it, then used the air compressor and cautiously filled it with air...but not to the max. It was a Christmas gift and our rowdy typical little boy has punched it, hit it with his plastic sword, ridden it like a horse, wrestled with it, and it is still going...so that's been 4 weeks and we have not had to refill or top-off air...it's been great. It is priced well and we feel one of our best toy purchases.

As an outlet for the frustration and ennui of someone at the bottom of society's food chain, this is a great idea: a beautiful predator balloon meant to be beaten, as it were, to a pulp. I would like it bigger; an oppressor only three feet tall is a little silly. Even more fun than punching it is snapping the nose, or the whole head, back and forth. This produces a nice loud "bop" or "bang" and a delicious shudder pervades the whole balloon. So far it has endured dozens of these snaps, blown up as full as I could make it, with all my weight on it. If I can bop it, why can't I pop it? Surely that is the ultimate frustration relief. It would be fun to break this balloon if it would say "bang" rather than just "sssss." As another reviewer said, the price is right. But it should have a solid, noncrumbly weight. Putting sand or water in something meant to burst is like eating crackers in bed. Then again, my frustrations are not Kitty's fault. She is only a surrogate for people for whom even verbal reprimands were, and still are, politically incorrect. Then she is just a frightened, sore, weary kitten in need of cuddling and comfort.

I actually thought I was going to get three. So when it came with one for 30, I was pretty upset and ready to return it, but the wife had already opened it and let the kids play. We had it a few days before it stopped returning to the standing position. The base that holds the water had torn and water is now all they through the toy. They can still play with it but it doesn't stand up anymore.

Doesn’t hold air for more than a few hours…was like this from the time in arrived. Surprised as Intex is usually got quality

Considering purchasing again our toddler loved this. But so did our dog and his teeth won. Great size would have lasted longer if the dog hadn't tried to play too. Great for letting our son experience his anger and frustration without hurting anyone. Plus was a great way to make him sleepy. Super easy to blow up and stabilize with water. He enjoyed hrs of fun even took it outside and rode it sort of.
