I've tried everything from going offline and avoiding blue light in the evening before bed, I started working out, meditation, dietary changes, and I've even forced all nighters all in the name of a better nights sleep. Even as someone who prefers a holistic and natural approach to their problems, I was desperate enough to try Ambien but quickly stopped because it left me feeling like my brain was "fried" the following day making it difficult to function. While Melatonin in tablet form was one of the first things I tried, the over the counter 10mg tablets and their effectiveness to me seemed to slide into the realm of.. "is it just a placebo effect, do these even do anything?". After being recommended by a family member to explore the liquid alternative however, I got this.
