This cream seems to be certified steroid free, and how it works, I'm pretty sure that it is steroid free. However, I have had different dry red scaly spots on my skin that, in the past, have sometimes been there for a decade. They never changed or itched. They never got worse. They never moved or spread. I have used this cream and they have gone away, often times permanently, or at least for years and years. The one big thing was that I usually had to use this cream for a full month or it would just come back in not too long. I really needed to use it until there was no sign of the spot anymore after at least a month. The spots would then not come back, sometimes, ever. That is a lot different than a steroid cream, where the spots always come back fairly quickly no matter how long you use them. I'm pretty convinced this cream has no side effects, and if you use it for 2 weeks, and it comes back, it is not worse, but pretty much the same as it was.

This is a wonderful skin cream that i have been using for a couple of years. Its almost magical how it works and doesn't require a great deal of application either. Just a small portion rubbed on the infected areas such as bites, minor rashes, etc. works great and after a few applications, the skin is as good as new! Definitely worth a try and a great alternative to OTC creams that are toxic to the skin.

This has worked better for my psoriasis than any other cream or prescription ointment I've ever used. I love that the texture isn't petroleum based because that's what I usually get from the Dr and I have psoriasis in and around my hairline and hate that greasy feeling. This I can use near my hair and it's not gross. It also works quickly. Two days of application and spots are basically gone. I'm not super consistent because of how quickly it actually works. The smell really doesn't bother me, but it is fairly pungent, but in like an herby minty way. Anyway, definitely recommend if you haven't had success with other topicals.

My daughter has been using it for the past 6-7 years. Before I found out about this cream, my daughter had been trying many different creams and went to 3 dermatologists, they prescribed different creams and never help. But this cream was a life saver for her. Her skin gets so much better and smooth. Now she doesn’t need to use it all the time like before. She only use a little went needed.

Good for dry skin

My 9 year old daughter has papular eczema. She has suffered with eczema since she was 18 months ago. When I tell you we've seen a slew of dermatologists along with allergy specialists & the numerous steroid creams, skin allergy tests, moisturization techniques but to no avail. Any parent with a child with eczema or any type of skin issues knows how extremely difficult it is to watch your child suffer daily from incessant scratching, weeping/infected bleeding skin & you've done EVERYTHING you can do to help them but nothing is working! The pain you feel because you feel hopeless. Well, I discovered the QICAOGANGMU cream on Facebook. I read the reviews & I said I'll give it try on my daughter. Within 1 hour of application, my daughter's itching had subsided. I was impressed but wanted to wait before I really sang high praises of the product. I did need to mention my daughter has hyperpigmentation over 90% of her body from scratching so much. After 2 days of using the cream, I noticed the darker spots/ areas on her skin were fading. Also, I noticed she wasn't scratching at all when it was time for bed. I've been using this product for 3 weeks on my baby girl & all I can say is WOW!!! Her skin, the eczema & hyperpigmentation, is clearing up!!!! I could cry! We've suffered so long with her skin. She is so happy & she even said, 'Momma, omg, look at my skin!' She normally dreads a shower because of the sores & excoriations from scratching all day but since using the cream, she jumps right in, no burning, no crying! I am one excited, happy Momma! GET. THIS. CREAM!!! I'm staying stocked up!

Very good for ezcema , i used it for my 6 month baby. No steroid as well.

I had a patch of dry scaly skin about an inch wide on my left knee for at least 4 years. It was really dry and itchy. I used to scratch it to remove the dry skin and the scaly skin would grow back within a few days. I tried a few things, but nothing worked. This cream removed the patch of dry skin in just about 7 to 10 days. Now, my skin is healthy and normal. I'm so happy I found this cream.
