My herbalism teacher recommended this brand because it taste good and has a good selection of flavors. It is cheaper than some other brands while still tasting good and not having added sugars or fake sugars I should say. I ordered watermelon, orange, peach mango, raspberry lemonade and watermelon. I saw ppl say they taste salty but I think th wonky one that tasted salty was raspberry lemonade and I realized my family memeber only mixed it with 8oz of water instead of 16. My kids love the blue and orange and half of us like the raspberry lemonade. Watermelon seems to go slow but I see them putting 1 scoop of watermelon with another flavor into a 32 oz water bottle and they really like it that way. Whenever we go somewhere and only take one flavor, we take peach mango, everyone really likes that one. I haven’t had any issue with clumping in the tub but I do mix it with room temp water and then add ice or put it in the fridge because it won’t dissolve in cold water. I shake it around in the bottle or stir it a little before I take a drink. As someone who is constantly worried about proper hydration for me and my family for multiple reasons, including medical reasons and not just being hydrated, this has been a game changer. I feel like I’ve tried every brand recommended to me but this is the healthiest that I’ve been able to find. I’m super sensitive to sugar or fake sugars so I’m also happy that this is considered Leto friendly according to most ppl I’ve talked to. I’m also happy I’m no longer spending a ton of money on other brands now that I’ve found a quality drink and flavor that has no side effects and taste good. I love the added benefit of the vitamins. I’ve already purchased 3 times and will be a customer for life.

We LOVE this flavor of electrolyte! Before a workout, we add some to our water bottles and it really helps (we do infrared workouts). I absolutely recover from a heated infrared workout better with these electrolytes. I love to drink a lot of water, but I used to add lemon which is more acidic and now feel like I get a lot more benefit from these electrolytes. highly recommend.

I absolutely love these electrolytes! They taste great and are so refreshing, especially when I need a little boost of hydration during the day. They dissolve easily and don’t have an overly salty or artificial taste. I’ve been reaching for them regularly and really enjoy how convenient they are. Definitely a product I’m happy I purchased and would recommend and definitely keep buying.

My doctor told me to take electrolytes so I usually take Dr. Bergs. This is a great alternative when I get tired of the same flavor and when it goes on sale that’s a plus. That’s when I will buy it.it tastes great and dissolves quickly. I add it to my water bottle and shake well. Tastes great.

Amazing taste actually. I’m skeptical trying new electrolyte brands but this one is amazing. Sometimes I mix it with a little something else for a little flavor change up but I do see myself getting this again and it helps me drink more water as it tastes good. Great price compared to some others and their tastes. Dissolves great with the right amount of water. Helped me get through being sick because I was able to drink a lot more water.

I tried this & it didn't taste good at all. I mixed it in my bottle of water... It smelled fine. I only tried it once but I did give it to a friend of mine & they seem to love it better

I love that this isn’t real high in sodium and sugar.
