These pens were so much better than I expected. I bought them to use for an escape room for kids, and using invisible ink and black lights are always a lot of fun in escape rooms. This is a 5-pack, and I guess I wasn't paying attention when I bought them, but they also have a UV flashlight built into them! So as soon as you write a message in invisible ink, you can push a button on the side of the pen and look at it with the flashlight. The little flashlight is good, too. It works really well. This would be a great gift for kids. They're really fun to use and they are good quality.

I remember getting these as a kid. They were so fun to use and write with. I decided to get them again and they are just as I remember. The quality is good. However, the durability, leakage, and appearance depends on the type of paper or material you write on. I have a "diary" I write in and after a day or so, the ink is so faint that I can barely see what's written. If you write it on skin.. it lasts a while and yes, it's completely invisable and washable. I love it, I just wish it worked better in my diary. Perhaps a different paper material would work better.
