I have been using this product for the last 3 months now. And honestly this product is pretty good. The Best thing is quality the quality is totally high on this price range and the battery backup is also very good you don't any second battery because in one time change it at list give 5hr backup for my experience. This product is best for this price range.

Less than a month after receiveing the product, the chuck got completely jammed. I took it to a local workshop and after some attempts and me spending Rs 600 (and scuffing my palms), he said there is a manufacturing defect and nothing can be done. The chuck sleeve is completely jammed and there is a bit in the chuck which is obvioulsy not removable. I have written to Buildskill yesterday regarding the issue (the product is under warranty) and have asked for a replacement. My tasks are held up because of this non-functioning drill. I do hope Buildskill responsds favourablty - based on my intercation with them, I will update this feedback.
