One, one of the cups came broken. And two, the size of the cups just is not big enough for my household. Now, into the great things about this product! I love the different sizes in plates, I honestly can find a purpose for even the small plates they have included within this set. They have been doing wonderfully in the microwave, they are thick enough to where when you put hot things on it, the heat does not seep through the plate and burn you.
