The worst shop in my life. Its battery dont last more than 2-3 minute and it needs many hours for charging

Slick design, but suction power and battery capacity are inferior to competitors' hand-held vacuums. Charger is not included, and whatever usb charger I tried, the vac never pulls more than half of its full declared power 5V 2A.

I really love my Karcher vacunm, but lately it’s been giving me the problem of throwing things out from it, I put a new filter in and new sweeper that came with it, I thought that would fix it, but it still continues, it has always just had floor no carpet.
