I cant return this because I threw away the broken one since it was in pieces. Very brittle plastic this was not like others available that look the same or like the one I had before. The clamp didnt feel right from day 1. The plastic clip that covers the metal bar to allow clamping/opening broke extremely quick. Rcvd 1/14 and broke 1/19.

I was so happy to receive this pump holder. However, the spring on the clip is to strong, which after a month it cracked. Unfortunately can’t find a pump holder from Medtronic or this company. Please try to make your product with an easier spring. Not expensive to replace every two months. This company made good, send me their regrets along with a refund. Recommend doing business with them. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

This case does not fit a new 780. The new 780 is slightly wider. It will fit a 770 pump that had a software update to the 780

The reliability is not very high

Other reviews are comprehensive. I would like to echo the sentiment the clip should fit with silicone sleeve on. That way customers can take advantage of multiple layers of protection. Currently the plastic will crack if you try to squeeze in your pump with the sleeve. They fix this one thing it would make it perfect.

This is the second or third one I’ve gotten this year and they always break. Just bought in September and already broken. Very frustrating.

This insulin pump case fits my 770g insulin pump really nice however I've already broken it I don't think it's anything to do with the pump case itself but just my use for it

The blue, which was supposed to fit the Medtronic 780 model, does NOT fit.

The case has caused irreversible scratches to my brand new device and was extremely hard to slide in and remove
