Great pair of buds!
Sound good, fit good and what else is there ๐For the price point and the open ear design these are a great option! I did not expect deep bass and immersive sound but I got a good amount of both considering they are open ear. I WANT to hear what is going on around me when I'm outside or in public and these let me do that while being loud enough and easy enough to control when I want to literally tune out others. The bass isn't a throbbing deep bass but it IS there and I was surprised at that. The highs and lows are crispy clear as well and the equalizer pre-sets are nice for listening to different genres. These are so good I will be gifting this pair as a gift because they STAY ON OUR EARS unlike the air pod types or the in ear kind that cause ear fatigue within an hour or so. This also means he won't lose them when he's rocking out in his own little jam session! They are flexible too so putting them on/taking off is a simple one-handed task. The deep teal color is nice and visually loud enough to make them easy to spot should I drop one and have to look for it. These connected too my phone (Samsung) without wasting a single brain cell. The app I downloaded right before pairing took care of any questions I had about controls. I'm happy about the easy to remember tap functions and don't miss the physical button at all. I laid my head on the pillow on my side (intentionally) and decided I could easily fall asleeep with these one. I have a pair of the Soundcore Aero Clips and I was in love with them. Now I'm in love with THESE! They actually sound better and cost less than HALF the price! (Although my Soundcore C5Oi are my true winners and also currently at a great price!) I left my phone in my room and walked maybe two rooms away and they stayed connected. I'll be trying them outside while gardening later (when my pbone stays in the closed in porch while I'm all around the yard) & I have great expectations! They work as a pair and individually, potentially providing even longer play time. I haven't had them long enough to test the battery life but when I connected to my phone I saw that they came fully charged. A C-port is on the back so my phone charging stand of any USB-C cord will work with these (they do not come with a cord). I haven't sweated in them but when I move around in any way they stayed put. The sound is a little deeper or lighter depending on how I place them on my ear as well and I like that! So far they are worth the price. Glad I took a chance on these rather than the higher priced options!

So good I bought a second pair!
I love these headphones! So much that I bought a second pair! They are open ear, so I can hear everything around me. They fit Snug but not too Snug. You really can't tell they are on because of how light they are. The sound quality is awesome for being open ear. Super easy to clip on and they feel sturdy. The app works great and connects right away. I listened to music for about 9 hours before needing to charge them. And they charge super fast! I've talked on the phone with them, and made sure the other person could hear me just fine. Hands down awesome headphones for the money!

Work well
These look goofy, Iโm embarrassed to wear them as they look like giant black body modifier earrings. I would order the clear next time for that reason. The small matte black case is also very easy to lose as it is hard to see against pretty much any background but it does fit easily into even small pockets unobtrusively. I donโt wear these casually because of their looks and they are dedicated for cycling. That said, I use them on every bike ride (mtb and gravel) regardless of how they look because they work so well. The sound is very good, only obscured in high headwinds. They donโt seem to obscure external noise at all, I can easily hear other bikes coming up behind me etc, sometimes I will take off one side if I have to talk to someone for an extended period. The battery case has a remarkable capacity, and headphones seem to last ~6-8 hours per charge. The JLab app is worth downloading as it does unlock functionality such as equalizer settings and trouble shooting. Every now and then one side will not automatically power on/connect, but a basic long press will reboot it and it always connects after that. On my ears they are very comfortable for 2-3 hrs, then the pressure does become noticeable/uncomfortable on the backside of my ears.

Perfect for casual listening!
So, for starters, I do a lot of gardening and spend plenty of time in my yard; these have yet to slip or fall out, even on the stickiest sweaty summer days. Theyโre super comfortable and I absolutely love the design and fit. They fit just around the outside of your ears, like a cuff and the tiny speaker is just resting on your ear. I love that they donโt actually go into your ears (like an airpod would) and that they donโt fully cover your ears, like full size headphones do. Perfect for when you want to be aware of your surroundings while catching up on podcasts, audiobooks or just having some background music while working out or getting chores done. Theyโre super lightweight, Iโve never felt like they were weighing me down or tugging. The battery life is great, I actually havenโt charged them since I received them two weeks ago, and the battery sensor says theyโre still full (shocking!) The JLab app allows you to fully customize the levels of the audio, which is handy if youโre into that sort of thing. You can also totally customize the tap functions (pause, skip, volume up/down, google/siri) in the app as well, although Iโve opted to turn the majority of gestures off except for pause and volume controls. They function well, and as expected. Theyโre not massively expensive, so I wouldnโt expect a full on studio experience from $30-40 earbuds, but the sound quality is great. If you need earbuds that allow you to be aware of your surroundings, donโt slip, and donโt cost an arm and a leg, youโve found them. The only downside is finding a case cover, the charging port is on the back of the case, not the bottom, and the case is wider than it is tall, so itโs quite difficult to find a match. (Iโve opted to use a case intended for Bose Ultra Open earbuds, but the charging port isnโt in the right spot, so the cover needs to be removed once i finally get around to charging the case itself. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you want to have a secure and accessible case cover.)

Works w/ iPhone and Samsung, but clip pressure is noticeable and uncomfortable
What I liked: Multipoint works. I can stay connected to both phones at the same time. Calls come through from either phone regardless of which device I'm listening to. Audio switches automatically between devices. Call quality is surprisingly good. People could hear me clearly even when I was only wearing one earbud. Open-ear design works well with glasses. I have a tragus piercing and was worried about earbud comfort, but these don't interfere with it at all. One-ear use works great. What I didn't like: The clip pressure becomes noticeable during extended wear. After about 3-4 hours, I started experiencing soreness where the earbuds clamp onto the cartilage of my ear. The soreness wasn't bad enough to make me stop using them immediately, but it was significant enough that I switched ears during the day. The next day, I could still feel the pressure point when I put them back on. Bottom line: These solved exactly what I bought them for: one set of earbuds that works with both my work and personal phones. The audio quality, call quality, and device switching exceeded my expectations. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is the long-term comfort. If JLab could reduce the clamp pressure, these would be nearly perfect for my use case. Would I recommend them? Yes, especially if you need multipoint connectivity and wear glasses. Just be aware that if you're sensitive to pressure on your ears or plan to wear them for an entire workday, comfort may be the deciding factor.

Amazing Option for The need to be spacially aware
Jlab has never let me down, hands down a good product. The sound quality is top teir in ear and away from ear you can't hear anything hardly i recommend these as a great option for gym goers too! It's definitely worth the money you pay for. They feel like a decent headset and rather durable and hardly heavy at all I absolutely recommend them

For me, these are the answer
Iโm a cheap Bluetooth headset-aholic. Iโve had behind the neck, around the ear, in ear, and probably more than a few other variations of headset options with even more impressive prepositional phrases. I read an article in The Verge reviewing this product and comparing it to a $300 Bose product. I havenโt used the Bose version (again, cheap Bluetooth-aholic), but for my money, these are fantastic. In just a few days, Iโve gotten used to putting them on my ear, which was a bit fiddly at first, but is now second nature. I spend most days with only one ear listening to my surroundings and the other ear buried under a blanket of sounds from podcasts or music, and this headset delivers right around 8-10 hours of battery life in comfortable fashion. An unexpected benefit of these, at least for my use case, is that they are interchangeable from left ear to right. I prefer to keep my headset in my right ear and I donโt have to buy two sets in order to have a spare to swap out, which makes these even more valuable to me. A few other random tidbits I was worried about, but which ultimately are not a problem are: Fit: I did the head shake test and they didnโt move. I did it again and they didnโt move again. Iโm now dizzy, and theyโre still there. This is a neat design and is VERY comfortable for all day wear. Volume: I was very concerned about how loud these might be, or rather how loud they wouldnโt be. Iโve had other over ear cheap Bluetooth headset before and was not able to hear over the car air conditioner in summer. Iโm happy to report that these get plenty loud and do a surprisingly good job, even in noisy environments. Ruggedness: although I canโt comment long term, as Iโve only had them for about a week, the build quality seems very solid and the bridge between the front and back - where the flex - has not loosened to the point that I believe these wonโt hold up for a very long time. Charger compatibility: I own a few other sets of Joan buds which have usb-a built in which I find annoying. These offer a simple usb-c port and Iโve not had any problem sharing the case from either low or high capacity chargers. Another reviewer noted that the touch controls donโt work on these. Although Iโm not sure that will always be the case with firmware updates, what I can say is that Iโm very happy to be able to turn touch control off as a feature within the app. Iโve never liked non-mechanical touch controls on headsets and being able to turn the feature off means that my music doesnโt get turned on inadvertently after I slip a headset into my shirt pocket for a second, which used to happen constantly with other headset Iโve owned from JLab. Iโll let you know when Iโve run into a con, but up to this moment, I canโt find any. 5/5

If you sweat a lot, don't get these
For the most part these are good headphones. Good sound quality, fits my ears well, battery life is good, decent price. There is one thing that kills it for me, the touch sensor button. This may just be the case for me, but it is incredibly sensitive and what will often happen is the button touches the skin of my neck and it thinks I am touching it. Several times I've accidentally hung up on people because I simply turned my head and the button touched be neck. Also, I sweat a lot so my hair gets wet and often, the same thing happens. My wet hair touches the button and activates it, pausing my music or audiobook or just hanging up on someone. If this has a physical click button, this would be 5 stars for me. For someone who is just doing housework and not sweating much, this will probably be just fine but I will not use these or any other headphone with a touch button ever again.

Highly recommend
These JLab Flex Open Earbuds are perfect for me as someone who canโt wear normal earbuds. They donโt fall out and they are comfortable. You can hear both songs and calls clearly, even in fairly loud outdoor areas. The teal colour adds a nice touch too. I highly recommend these earbuds.

Buy these, love them soooo much!
I have tried open ears before because I love the argument that, 1. They're not inside your ears, 2. Surround sound is not cut out and yet I can still here the music to an acceptable quality that I expect. I've tried 2 other open ears manufacturers, both Chinese manufacturers with British distributers, they did not last 6 months and of course being cheap tat from China, there's no guarantee or warranty!! These though, from JLab are a breath of fresh air, thankyou! I find them very comfortable to wear. I jog and hill climb, therefore wear them for neigh on 2 hours, and there's times I think they have fallen out because I cannot honestly feel them. The quality from open ears is what I expect, it's clear and satisfactory. If I want pure sound, I'll hook myself up to a ยฃ10k music system, with either ยฃ5k speakers or ยฃ5k ear phones, fully enclosed like Mickey Mouse, listening to vinyl records played at either 33rpm or 45rpm! I do not understand why there's criticism about bass, they're open ears! Please be advised if this is a big issue to you, download an equaliser app, they have all the pre sets you want and for free. I love these, they are so responsive, and when I'm in the mountains, jogging, this is what I need! Well done JLab. Once used JLab Why did you choose this product over others?: I will not keep wasting my money on Chinese cheap, no name tat with British distributers! Jlab is a well known name in the ring of things.

So far so good.
I bought these to replace a different brand of open ear buds that stopped charging. So far these have been great - they last a lot longer than my old ones - the cuff design works well - it does take a little more getting used to for me - but the clarity is good. It has only been a week - but I am happy so far.
