My new go-to bread mix!
An excellent mix I prepared in my bread machine, it looked just like a hand-kneaded loaf and tasted wonderful. The texture was great and everyone complimented it as a noble substitute for the routine bread containing gluten.

Worth the effort
Very good. Takes several hours to make it, with a couple of rises, but tastes great. Worth the extra effort for great gluten free fresh homemade bread.

Great Bread Mix but Price is High
This bread was very easy to make. It just takes some time to let the bread rise. Instructions were very good. Bread is very tasty. The kitchen smelled so good when the bread was cooking. Really like making and eating the bread but it is very costly.

I like the idea that it's whole grain not just rice flour like lots of gluten-free mixes are. I like pepper there's very detailed instructions on the package. What I don't like is that in spite of following the instructions very closely the bread was very dense, did not rise much, was overly chewy and the flavor was just a little sour/strong. For the price the quality was not there and I would not purchase this again. Still searching for that perfect GF bread mix!

I'm bummed that I missed that this has sorbitan monostearate and absorbic aacid. I bought 2 packages, what a waste of money.

This is my go to bread when I want a really filling slice of toast or multi grain garlic bread with tomato sauce. Really amazing tasting and has a slight sourdough taste from the addition of 2 tbsp of vinegar. Worth it. Wish I could find the exact recipe so I could make it from the starches and flours at home. They don't sell this on gluten freeeee's (did I use the right amount of es?) website anymore 😭😭
