Work GREAT. For what it does - nothing else comes close. I've tried them ALL.
I've installed 12 of these cameras at construction sites and in corn fields in the middle of nowhere. I have not a single bad thing to say about them. They *work*, they are rock solid and they are easy to set up once you get the hang of it. Here's a tip: get an 'unlimited' cellular plan with a sim from either ATT or Mint. Activate the plan on a PHONE. Only way to do it easily. Once that's done, insert the sim, download the Reolink app and pair the camera. You probably want to purchase the cloud plan if you're serious about i. That's IT. I'm in the Southeastern US. The battery NEVER gets below 75%, even after 3-5 days of clouds. In almost a year, I've had not a single issue other than having to click on the camera 2-3 times to get it to connect in the app which is the only minor annoyance I've had. As for the DORI: I'd say you can easily identify someone at 200' with the zoom maxxed out. Picture quality at max zoom is really good - not fantastic, but then again this is a $200 camera. For the money, it's impossible to beat.

Awesome
I bought this camera as a standalone unit that does not need Wi-Fi. I took a T-Mobile SIM card straight out of an extra phone that I had and stuck it into the camera and it worked flawlessly. Every now and again my service is slow so it will show on the camera but all in all that's not the camera's fault it's T-Mobile's. You get a great camera for the money and it has a lot of features on the app. I love how you get two different views one regular and then one a little bit more zoomed in. The zoom on the app works as well when you just pinch to zoom you can zoom in as far as you want to really. I've not had it not work for me at all it has been nothing but great so far. The battery lasts 100% of the time if you use the solar charger it never runs out no matter really how much you watch or stream to your phone or use the camera. It works great. There are a bunch of settings you can change as far as when you want your notifications and how you want them to come and where you want them to come it is really a good camera I couldn't ask for a better solution for surveillance

Read ALL Reolink Product and Customer Service Reviews CAREFULLY
First, I am school trained technically and have no problem understanding this products installation and operation. I really wanted to like this product, I even did a lot of comparative research before purchasing. The product arrived and I was impressed with packaging and product quality, as well as the claimed functions/features. The joy pretty much ended there.I installed the camera according to all Reolink instructions, recommendations, and troubleshooting. I used the provided Sim and subscribed to the Reolink service. After burning thru the provided trial service during setup, I had to purchase a full plan to even complete setup and adjust settings. Before the first month of service expired, I contacted Reolink Customer Service for assistance. I described everything I tried in order for the camera to operate as claimed. Without much if any discussion, the CS agent immediately initiated a return. Ok I thought, this is great customer service. When the replacement camera arrived, I again installed per Reolink instructions, including reinstalling the Reolink App and verifying all settings. I utilized the camera using the Reolink Sim service for 2-3 additional months of service. During this period, I had multiple difficulties with detection and especially with camera connection utilizing the mobile App or Desktop. The camera had full or almost full bars of service from 2 different mobile service providers at the installation location. I again contacted Reolink CS for operation and troubleshooting assistance. The CS took my info, noted my concern, and escalated my inquiry.I was contacted by Reolink CS and offered a partial refund. I accepted because as I first stated, I really wanted to like this product. I was next contacted by a different CS agent and they stated that they would provide a full refund, and they provided a return address with written instructions in their email. I packed the camera in the original box and included all accessories and components. After I had already return shipped the product and provided proof of shipping and tracking as requested, I received another request from a different CS agent. This Reolink CS agent requested the return be made through a specific RMA process. Well my return had already been made and on the way to Reolink as originally instructed. Even though I had already returned the product, I tried to comply with the additional RMA request. I repeatedly received and error message, and was unable to complete the automated process.I attempted several time to communicate with Reolink, via the CS email contact portal, to resolve the return issues without any success. I even spent 1 hour and 3 minutes on a phone call with Reolink CS to resolve. I have given Reolink a final demand for resolution and refund as they promised. This issue started in September 2025. As of February 11 2026, this issue is still not resolved, and I have still not received the promised refund although Reolink has received the returned product. Here's my take away... Reolink (EZTECH Digital) has TOO many different camera products, with multiple suppliers, to properly support them. This particular model appears to have known shortfalls by the manufacturer. This is a quote from Reolink CS in response to my inquiry, "We regret to inform you that, at present, the PIR missing alarm performance cannot be completely resolved through technical adjustments or replacement. That said, please rest assured that our R&D team is actively working on optimizing the system to improve detection accuracy and minimize such occurrences in future updates." also "We sincerely appreciate that your main concern is finding a workable solution rather than seeking compensation. While we currently don’t have a confirmed timeline for a full optimization, if the camera still functions to some extent for your needs, we would be happy to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill...". Reolink Customer Service/Technical Support is lacking in all aspects of providing product support. No, I don't recommend Reolink products. No, I will not be leaving positive reviews for Reolink products on social media. Yes, I have records of all email and phone correspondence with Reolink. Yes, I will be filling a complaint with my State Attorney Generals consumer protection division.

Reolink LTE handling the job.
Battery life has been outstanding for the year that this camera has been in use. It’s run by the solar panel provided and never dipped below 98% battery, even on rainy, cloudy days. No issues with connectivity and this camera is literally out in the middle of nowhere. Mounting was easy and the clarity at night is super clear. The time between actual motion and motion notifications has a small delay of about 20-30 seconds, and could be shorter. The main concern that I have with this camera is its reaction time to movement. Sometimes it catches the tail end of things or misses them completely. Overall, the value for the money is ok, but I bought them on sale for $100 less than what they are being offered now. The real cost will be incurred with the data plan depending on the one you choose.

My favorite after trying many of the options on market
I'm an outdoor product reviewer, and have tried many of these off-grid solar + cell cameras. This is the best one I've found that's still priced appropriately for consumers (i.e. $250 not $2,500). It's become the main security camera on my remote properties. The Trackmix is definitely stout and feels well built. It picks up cell signal when most other cameras struggle. I considered giving it 4 stars, because it's definitely not perfect, but in the end gave 5 because there isn't something else I'd recommend instead. Rather, I hope this product category continues to mature and they fix some of the current silly things (such as the mounting hardware for the solar panel). The software also has room to improve, but is good enough for now. And the Reolink support actually responds, tries to make things right, and so on — unusual for a China-based consumer electronics brand on Amazon.Pro tip: These pair excellently with these rain covers "OOSSXX Universal Security Camera Sun Rain Cover Shield" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B7BNTN5Z -- the camera and both antenna fit nicely under the dome, without touching any of the dome itself and while leaving the camera lens unobstructed.

Best Camera Yet
I love this camera. I use it for a security camera at my elderly sister’s place so I can keep an eye on things there. The close up image gives me a Birds Eye view of anyone who shows up at her house. You’ll love the trick that the camera does by going back to the same spot that you programmed it to. And will follow motion when detected. Images are sharp and clear. Gets my vote for “camera of the year”.

0 Stars, by far the worst cameras Ive ever used.
0 Stars, by far the worst cameras Ive ever used. Better off purchasing some $30 cellular cams which worked better for me. These are more expensive to purchase, more expensive cellular plan (not to mention how difficult to setup if you dont use their reolink system) and the worst connectivity.Sometimes I have to restart the app and my phone multiple times and wasting 10 minutes just to be able to view the recording. The constant "failed to connect" is so beyond annoying. By time you get it, you realize it didn't even catch what you were hoping to record. At this point, Im used to minimum 5-10 failed attempts to connect to settings and or playback before being able to do anything. The Smart tech (still in beta) is so bad, it thinks a leaf blowing is a car and a car is an animal, nothing really works right. Non-detection zones are pointless because it can't detect what is what.In my opinion, Id just buy a cheap cellular POS from china, because they work better than is expensive junk (that's probably also made cheap in china).

I've got better cameras for less!
UPDATE Review 3 APP CLOUD STORAGE HORRIBLE, NOT USER FRIENDLY! LACKING IN FEATURES. Video quality ok but so difficult to understand settings on both cloud and device. Integrate with cloud edge and it might be better. You also can't control your storage on the SD card. This company needs to look at how other cameras work and learn. My cloud storage stopped working. All in all, very unhappy.Review 1 Frustrating I can not set up the sim and support is not helpful. I've had this thing for a month and still unable to use it!Review 2 Got a new SIM from a different provider. The unit worked, yay. But then I put it out where I wanted it, plugged the solar panel in and all looked good. So I bought a year's subscription to their cloud (not the best application by far) one day later it's disconnected. No power! Solar panel is not charging. I'm so sick of the thing, I'm ready to send it back. They need to work on everything from sim provider services to the cameras functions. Not impressed at all.

An absolutely Amazing PTZ Camera Loaded with So Many Features!
This is one device I am so excited to have. Since I learned about them, I have always wanted an intelligent security camera that worked off the cellular network and this is a beautiful product, and the answer to my needs. It is not toy. The attention to detail begins right away from the box presentation itself., It is delivered in a very secure and creatively packed box. They even have foam cutouts that fit to the bottom layer like a puzzle. That is not something you see often, and even though its so trivial, I noticed. So pat on the head there.Continuing on. The actual PTZ camera is build very well. The serve motor is extremely quiet and the camera is able to rotate very smoothly on it’s axis. The camera and mount are all quite heavy, and I attribute half of it being made of excellent parts such as aluminum and high grade plastics but also because the this product is housing some beefy components that can get the job done in the worst environment.IMP Paragraph Here: Now listen up, as a Canadian it is a bit tricky to get a sim card data only plan and it took me a while to figure out how I was going to accomplish that. But I have a solution and I have found out about a website called EIOTCLUB.ca. Truth be told I just watched a popular Youtube video about the camera and got the information from there. And so I was eager to come back and share it with everyone to help this vendor out. I hope I am not violating any policies but sharing that link but that store sells exactly data only sim cards you need with an initial small cost for the card and a very competitive monthly fee for the data plan. If you got cellular only security camera and was hoping for a free ride from then on then you are mistaken as the cell network isn’t free to use unfortunately. But it is very reliable and perfect for a security camera that gets its energy from the sun.The solar panel is big and should help charge the battery during the day. However since it’s a camera that is cleverly charged via usb C then you can also power it off a battery pack during those days that don’t get much sun. I can’t say how well this unit fairs in the coldest of winter days yet but I think it is very rugged and will work fine. However the internal battery probably wont last all that long sitting at those temperatures and constantly fluctuating. Li-ion batteries don't like the cold or heat for that matter.. And one more thing, the camo pattern on the equipment looks awesome. They did an excellent job with everything and included two large (which are stiff but rotatable) antennas as well to get maximum range of this especially in many instances were it will already be high being mounted on a pole. Now this PTZ camera blows any security system camera I have had out of the water. It has some seriously cool features such as the two lenses providing different depths. Also this has auto tracking and auto zooming capabilities. These types of features blow my mind because I remember I had a summer job when I was younger that involved watching security cameras at construction sites that would have absolutely benefited from the tech had it existed then. These automated features make it really easy to catch something suspicious since it can get a closer look at the movement and alert you about it, then follow it. The video quality is incredible, and it is so good in the day and at night. I think I might put this right above the driveway to monitor all activity coming and going from the property. Its good enough to capture license plates as faces so it makes for a very formidable security camera.I got a high end aftermarket micro SD card specifically fabricated to handle the repeated write and erase cycles for the camera. I think it deserves it and makes the difference. And to conclude, Reolink seems to be a very promising company and I think they stand by their products since the quality is so good. Yeah its pricey but not as pricey as PTZ cameras used to be and this is something that will not fail you when you need it the most. You are also paying for good quality programing within the brain of the camera itself as well as reliable Windows or Android programs (in my case at least). Reolink has a good website that offers good quality manuals for helping you setup and understand their products. Their Windows and Android Software is also very good. The only concern I have and want to find a solution for is that because this item is actually so nice I am worried it could be a target for theft. I am sure there are special screws that exist that can lock it in place. Either way I want to find a solution for this because I would prefer to prevent theft from being possible in the first place. Or perhaps I am overthinking it but either way, if it was to happen then I will have crystal clear video footage of their face since this camera misses nothing.TLDR: This is an amazing cellular security camera with a great build quality, resolution, automation and connectivity. There also exist websites that can sell physical sim cards with data only plans so you can use these devices more affordably. I mention one place in my review but there are probably others too. I recommend this product hope this review helps even just one person.
