More important I had several questions with operation and programming and their customer support (via email) was FAST & AMAZING!!! Exchanged a few emails promptly and presto I was up and running!! Programming is not difficult at all but does have a small learner curve as do all new cell phones or and other electronics…Sign has so many capabilities and the price was GREAT! This Led sign produces spectacular results. It is extremely bright and I use it outdoors. It works well with jpegs as well as videos. I have used it at many events and get togethers and it is very novel and popular with guests. The software once you get used to it is quite intuitive to use and very comprehensive. Customer service is very responsive. The two times I interfaced with them I had my issues resolved within an hour. My most recent dilemma was I misplaced my USB and instructions and they emailed me downloads for both.
