It was a very quick and easy install, and functions GREAT. It rolls so smoothly that even on carpet, it's easy to glide across while ON the ladder. We could not be happier with this. We used the kit, plus three extensions. Took us maybe an hour to complete. We already had the ladder itself. Definitely recommend.
