GREat keep my sizing on point ### ā­ā­ā­ don't ditch your calipers *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States on 17 May 2024* It's a good idea, but it needs some more work on the execution -- and the biggest problem is that it's designed to *only* sit in front of what you're measuring, instead of also behind. Say you're holding this over a thing you want to measure... you can't be accurate. You can't actually see what you're measuring, because the opaque plastic hides the rest. 1/8" to 1/4" difference is .125, but the difference between 1/4" and 5/16" is .06, same as the difference between 5/16" and 3/8". The difference between 1/2" and 3/8" is .175 -- so the greatest chance of accuracy (that you can easily tell the difference between) are the last two, or the first two. But if you've got something to measure that's 1/4", 5/16", or 3/8", good luck.If this came in slightly less thick plastic that was also clear, then it'd be a useful quick reference -- but instead of protruding measurements at the top, I'd put more, but each size different enough to be obvious. Frex: if it's not 1/4" and it's not 5/16", then it must be *flips card over* the size between, which is 3/8". But when my measuring tool blocks my view of what I'm measuring, I can't give it full stars. ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­ Works well! *by P***C on Reviewed in the United States on 26 April 2024* Worked well for my microloc installation!
