I used these foot pads on myself and they really work. Easy to put on and they stick really well without coming off in the middle of the night. I wanted to try a foot detox to see if I'd overall feel better and help stimulate my slow lymphatic drainage I have. I felt great after 5 days of nightly use, worth 4 stars. The adhesive left a sticky residue after I removed then the next morning so I had to wipe my feet off. There wasn't any dark staining to my feet as the pad absorbed it all. It says to wear sicks to make sure the pads stays on properly which I did the first night, didn't care for bc I dint wear socks to sleep. Next remaining nights I used without socks with no issues with adhesion. Great quality product for economical compared similar products. I'll continue to use these in my regime.

Does its job but left such a sticky residue on my feet I had to scrub till red. Soap and Alcohol didn’t even work! Probably will not buy again because it was so hard to remove.

These are the best detox foot patches I have tried. They really pull the toxins out. I do not like how sticky the adhesive is as it pulls my skins and leaves sore red marks on the sides of my feet that look like I have been burned. I have found a solution though. I bought neuropathy toeless socks as they fit very snug. I just slip the detox pad into the bottom at my arch, and as the toxins are pulled out, they stick to my feet. No more sore red skin yet still does the trick. I have had no difficulty with them staying in place. I also trim the corners to make them round so they don't poke me.
