Mounted behind TV. Good little media server. Quiet and meets streaming needs. Graphics work well and size is easy to hide. Don't know about recent gaming possibilities, but use for older emulation and works well. Easy to setup out of the box.

This is my 2nd Beelink. 1st was fine until the hard drive died (I think) about 2.5 years later. I bought this to replace it. It was trouble from day 1. Wifi was disabled on it out of the box. The permissions were messed up so that I couldn't install any programs. I got that fixed by changing permissions on temp folder. I haven't been able to install Windows updates. The repair versions even fail. I am currently on my 5th attempt at reinstalling Windows using the InstallationAssistant. But because the computer also randomly just turns itself off (not reboot but just turn off), I have yet to make it through without that happening. I'm typing this up from my phone in frustration. Maybe that will save someone else from buying this. Edit: I saw someone mention the extended return period during the holidays, and found it it wasn't too late. I did an exchange hoping the new one would work. It is worse! The longest it has stayed on so far is about 15 minutes. I'm not sure whether it can install Windows updates cause it hasn't made it through downloading updates without shutting down. I thought maybe it didn't have enough power to power the external hard drives, but I unplugged them and it didn't make a difference. I guess I am going to have to try to return for a refund. I don't know what I'm going to get to replace it. Changing my 2 star rating to 1.

Although the computer is quite powerful, it seems to randomly shut down / lose power, practically rendering this mini PC useless. Unit returned, Amazon settled for a refund gift card.

Works straight out of the box. I'm using it as a local LLM server and with some of the smaller models, it responds about as quickly as ChatGPT. I'm also running Stable Diffusion on it. Even without an NVIDIA GPU, the SER5 Max is adequate - a 1024 x 768 image takes about 5-6 minutes to generate. One note; if this is used as a headless server, make sure to enable Wake on Lan (WOL) in the BIOS.

This product is defective. After a few days of light use,using email and Microsoft Office 365 the unit began randomly shutting off. Spent $180 to have a repair shop tell me that the unit was under powered with a 6.5 volt power supply when it needed a 9.5 power supply to keep everything running. Now you would think the manufacturer would have figured this out during the design phase but obviously not. If you read many of the reviews you will see that many users are experiencing the same issue with remarks indicating poor or non-existent support. It appears that the tech support department hasn't figured out the power issue themselves. Will run this for a few more days to determine if it is really fixed but may return the unit for a refund.

We have had this a couple of months. Working fine. Happy with purchase.

PC shuts down the second any load is put on and is nearly unusable, occurring every 5 min. BeeLink’s customer service is awful - unserious automatic replies. The IO is pretty good on a box this size and the build qualify itself seemed good too. The pricing is all over the place however and you can get far more bang for your buck with other brands (currently). Use Amazon’s built in price history.

Had the device for less than 30 days and it will randomly power off (not crash, just instantly power off). Will update with how helpful support is. BTW, highly recommend buying during the holidays due to the extended return window. It might really save me on this purchase.
