There are so many choices for vibration plates and so many features to choose from. I wanted a quality product that would support lymph drainage, but didn’t want to pay a couple hundred for it. I was skeptical of all the choices in this price range, but decided to just go for one that had decent reviews. I absolutely love it. I have it plugged in under my desk and use it several times a day. After the first day, I could tell a difference in the swelling in my feet and ankles. After day three, I have not experienced any more swelling at all. The programs are great. Every minute, the speed of the vibration changes, and there are quite a few programs to choose from. I’ve not used the manual setting. The remote is perfect. I leave the hard switch on the back turned on, and use the power and program buttons on the remote to turn it on and choose which program I want. One drawback, although just a slight one, I have it sitting on a smooth vinyl wood floor. The suction cups on the right side don’t seem to work well anymore and I do have to shift the machine during the program. But then, I am sitting in my desk chair when using it, so I’m always slightly pushing it forward, so I suppose that is to be expected. Overall, I love it.

Where I work I sit most of the time and I'm so grateful they let me bring this into work to put in my cubicle. I have an adjustable height desk and when I have meetings or videos I have to watch, I raise my desk so I can stand with this and have it on. My job can be quite stressful and being on this thing for 10 minutes seems to help reset my body that can be all stiff. I have a different brand at home that is larger, which would've been too large for me to take to work. This mini is a GREAT and perfect size for my cubicle. It is quiet. Although, some people are intrigued to see why I'm vibrating and they find it funny. I've offered if my colleagues feel stressed, they can use this too. I'd seen these vibrating pads before and thought they were bunk. I don't know about weight loss or pain management, but for me, this feels like a Ctrl Alt Delete for stress and anxiety built up in my body. It shakes it out and then I'm good to work again. It's my goal to be on this or the one at home at least once a day, but on work days, I'd like to work up to doing this maybe 2-4 times during the day. I am so grateful for this mini vibration pad, too. The size is wonderful.

This vibration plate is comfortable , pain free , very sturdy . Helps with circulation . Can control the speed .

This vibration plate has been a game changer for me. I get on it every single morning for 15 minutes and it just shakes away all the stiffness, joint pain and tightness in my muscles that I accumulated during the night. I highly recommend everyone get this product!
