I started on the usual 5g/day and noticed a cognitive & energy boost from day-1. I have dark drinking chocolate for breakfast (french style) & put it in that, along with 10g of collagen - both are mix well & are unnoticable. To begin with I think I notice a slight taste, no smell, but not now. In chocolate, I don't notice any grittiness ppl often complain about. After a month of taking it I can def see muscle development on my forearms, even without restarting lifting - I stopped due to injury, but now feel I could def start again. And a 2 yr old skiing injury on my knee has also healed to the point of being almost gone - I can now do stairs 2 at a time for the first time since taking the injury. I'm now trying creatine 10g/day and def notice the same benefits increase. I've always been a "night owl" and found mornings & getting up a real struggle - that is now pretty much gone, for the first time in my life.
