leaves hair super soft. not sure if formula was changed though
i really do love this shampoo and conditioner, but the last time I bought it, it was before the improved "look".. i just got the newer one, and the scent is way more perfumey than it used to be? I am not sure if the formula changed also?.. but i'm not a fan of the strong perfume scent that it now has.. just hoping it still at least works the same.. ps. new formula sucks. my favorite conditioner is now not the same. kind of disappointed. it was a 10/10 , i am not sure why they went and changed it. it WAS perfect. change it back!!!

Love Love Love!!
Pump is super convenient for easy use. The quality and thickness is top tier. The Scent of this is AMAZING (sort of musky). A little goes a long way, very effective at detangling hair

Do Not Buy This Conditioner
I personally cannot recommend this conditioner. I have super long and thick hair, anytime I use this product it leaves a tacky residue & makes my hair feel straw like and easily tangled. I wish I would have tried a trial size before I bought the large pump bottle.

A nice addition to my haircare arsenal
Good and moisturizing, not too heavy for the ends of my fine hair. The only thing I don't love is the scent—I'm used to the Ghost products and this one is a little more fragrant than I prefer.

Smells funky
Smells kind of like cologne. Be careful if you have thin fine hair as this product is heavy and thick. Definitely hydrates but smell really puts me off

Awful
The new formula has ruined my favorite conditioner. It smells so strong, no longer hydrates my hair and leaves an awful film. This company is a sell- out. Do not buy this new product on the blue bottle, if you can find the old supply, on clear bottle, but before it's gone

Works Well
I have been using this conditioner for a couple washes now and it is a good hydrating conditioner for my brittle, coarse hair. I just wish there was a nice scent to go along with it. Not that the scent is bad, but it just smells like a hair product.
