great quality and holding up very well in the winter and snow load and looks great

We replaced an old metal awning with this. We were on a budget and this was perfect for what we needed. Good value, easy install, light weight.

This awning was just what I wanted, however, I did have a lot of trouble putting it up. I bought the 8’ awning and chose the ‘assemble on the wall’ method because I thought the finished weight would be too much for me to hold up and secure. You have to watch the video because the written instructions are not detailed enough. The main trouble I had was in stretching the material when inserting it into the channel and pulling it over the corners because the material doesn’t give at all. I was never able to get it completely over one of the corners but I’m hoping that over time the material will relax a little because other than that I really like it.

Beautiful and nice quality fabric and frame. But nothing takes only 15 minutes to install! Best to have at least 2 people on two ladders and a couple drills and fasteners to pass between with the help of someone on the ground to pass tools, tell you if it is centered, etc. We must have been the 3 stooges because it took us almost 4 hours between locating the studs on a 113 year old house, drilling through aluminum siding, dropping screws, getting the right faster bit, and having only one ladder. But we LOVE the final outcome!!! Try to plan for our mistakes and you will reduce your time dramatically. We can tell already that it is reducing the heat in that room.

Well made. Fairly easy install with good instructions. I've had this up for about a year now including a relatively mild. Winter it still looks new and shades our door just as we hoped.

This held up well for a month or two but when it snows, it pushes down the awning. The issue here is the bracket mount (poorly designed) to the house. I had to go to home depot to buy another mount but even that did not hold up after anothet storm. I spent so much time on trying to fix the problem. I really want to give this product a five star but unfortunately it did not withstand the snow weather condition. For the price you would expect to get better quality or even a better design. The fabric did not have any issues though, just the bracket mount. I'm afraid I have to revert back to the metal one or if I find a better awning.

Really nice but expensive! Looks good, nice fabric, but just seems like it's too much money.

The awning kit is well designed, looks great, and not too difficult to put up. I put mine on a wooden building, attaching to brick would require a sturdy drill. The fabric is well sewn and should last. Customer service was excellent!
