The trampoline is good, works the way it should. But I am giving them 5Stars for their customer service. Before we could get get the trampoline staked down, there were strong winds that blew it over and caused damage to the netting poles and the safety net. I reached out to see how much replacements would cost. They covered the cost of the replacements and shipping. I work in customer service and know how it should be. This was fantastic customer service. I’m going back and forth with my questions and them requesting information from me, their responses were always the same day.

Setup took about 2 hours with the help of a friend (and a few snacks), but the instructions were clear and everything fit together nicely. The frame feels solid and durable, and the safety net is secure and high enough to give peace of mind, especially with younger jumpers. The bounce is fantastic—just the right mix of springy and controlled. My kids can’t get enough of it, and honestly, I’ve found myself sneaking in a few jumps too. It’s a great way to burn energy and get some fresh air. Even after several weeks of daily use, the mat and springs show no signs of wear. One small tip: if you’re placing it on grass, consider getting anchor kits for extra stability, especially if you live in a windy area. Overall, this trampoline has been a huge hit with the whole family. Fun, safe, and great quality—definitely worth the investment!

We've loved the trampoline and it was an easy setup. Now that we've had it for 3 months, it's fallen apart. Multiple of the metal poles completely bent and broke at the base, causing the entire net to cave in. Then the piece of metal at the base broke, causing it to collapse while my kids were on it. I'm super disappointed because I really did my research with reviews and this is extremely unsafe. Would not recommend. Update- I've called and emailed customer service multiple times and they don't even respond.

PURCHASE THIS TRAMPOLINE. When we first got this trampoline I was very impressed at the thought that was put into ease of assembly and instructions that made sense. Parts were clearly marked and easy to put together with push-button style snap clips. Additionally the ladder is wide, with wide step treads that are easy for my 2 and 4 year old to climb safely and comfortably. I love that the whole trampoline and net are black/ dark gray the color is very appealing for a minimalist like me. The net is the BEST set up I have ever seen. It is quick to put up and take down (I did it by myself) with individual clips to the springs, no threading of a string to keep it in place. This makes it easy to take down quickly if needed. We recently encountered a very severe storm and unfortunately were not home to take the net down in time. The BCan customer service was AMAZING. I am so happy we purchased this product and that the company helped us take care of damaged parts so our kids could get back to playing on it. The build quality is great compared to the previous trampoline we owned, the base braces are practical and engineered well. Very happy with this purchase!

UPDATED Have had the trampoline for 10 months and was not used all throughout the winter and three of the the springs have already broken on one side. It was a large investment to not break within 10 months and only using it a total of three months out of the 10 months. Hoping I can contact the seller and figure something out. After contacting the company, they reached reached out within a day and offered me two options -send a new trampoline or a full refund! We went with a new trampoline my kids love it too much! Fantastic customer service highly recommend.

Great quality! The netting could be a little stronger, but it’s still great quality for our rowdy boys. It’s a good size and assembly was not challenging at all!

So far the trampoline has held up nicely. We purchased the 14’ version and I love the netting and support around the top (including the snaps and zipper). It feels very sturdy and safe when my child is jumping and not having to worry about anyone falling off. I also loved that the springs were covered as well! My only complaint is that I wish it came with a spare spring or 2 just in case something happens. Other than that, we at least had all the parts we needed, which is always a plus. I was nervous due to the shape the box was in (it came in 2 separate boxes) so be sure you have everything you need BEFORE you start putting it together because once you start, the springs will get tighter and tighter so they would be hard to remove if you find that you messed up somewhere.

My kids have had this trampoline for right at a year and probably six months into having it, the polls started to bend and now two of them are officially off (snapped at the base). The base of the trampoline is decent, but these metal poles that hold the net up are very poor quality. Also the foam coverings that go around the pole ripped as soon as we were putting them on the polls so they are also poor quality. Decent trampoline, but overall not great.
