Not only did they have the only bracket that would fit my mantel, but they solved a problem of my own making at cost to themselves extremely quickly and politely.The quality of this bracket is amazing. The pipes were a perfect 12 inches apart and absolutely beautiful welds.If I would've followed their instructions closer, this mantle would've slid on like butter. My last hole had to be rounded out to a 7/8 hole to accommodate for my poor measurement job.People get loyalty to products and brands, like Apple, Samsung, LG, etc. My newest brand I'm loyal to is Shepard brackets.
