The biggest problem I had was the velcro strap. I had to make the strap tight to stay on but, the velcro on the strap would rub and cut into the back of my leg. This item absolutely does not work. There is no support with it for your knee, it's just a tight piece of velcro around your leg. I'm in the process of trying to return this, however, they want the buyer to pay the postage back to them. That's ridiculous when it does not work. It definitely is not comfortable! I asked my sister to put it on who also has a bad knee, and it did nothing for her either. We were left scratching our heads wondering how in the world this would even be able to work. It's just a piece of padding of neoprene and there's no way it pushes up hard on your knee to support it. I hope the seller sees this, and sends me a prepaid shipping label so I can return this and get my money back. Otherwise, I will write Amazon and ask them to send me one.
