Good For Kindergarten Age Kids
This First Grade Math Workbook ended up being a huge hit with my daughter. She’s in kindergarten but we used it as a fun way for her to “earn” screen time by completing pages, and it worked surprisingly well. The problems were challenging enough to keep her engaged and thinking, but not so difficult that she got frustrated or discouraged.I really liked the balance of the workbook. It gave her a confidence boost because she could work independently and feel successful while still getting good math practice in. The pages were easy to follow, and the variety of problems kept it from feeling repetitive or boring.Overall, this turned into a great learning tool in our house and made math practice feel more like a reward than a chore. Definitely recommend if you want a low-stress way to keep kids practicing math skills while building confidence.

I really like how this workbook is set up. It builds on concepts and allows for practice in each concept before moving on. It will also review past concepts. I love it

Great resource to supplement class curriculum
Great workbook for my 1st grader! She does a few pages twice a week and enjoys it. I was surprised to see how aligned it was with her class curriculum. Daughter is enjoying math a lot more now and her confidence with math problems has improved!

Good practice for kid(s)
We have this and other grades for our kids. They hate doing math but it does help them learn! The problems are spaced out well and have plenty in the workbook.

Best workbooks I have bought
Over the past couple of years I have bought a lot of workbooks and these have been far superior to any other brand I have bought. They are right on target for what my kids need to learn and the book is laid out in a way to keep a child's attention. Absolutely hands down the best workbooks if you are going to be homeschooling your elementary aged kids.

I have been very pleased
I love these workbooks for our elementary age, homeschooled son. We have used these workbooks for reading and for math now and I love that they are a great supplemental resource or they can very much guide the curriculum too. I feel like my son enjoyed them, the work was sensible, straightforward, simple directions, simply written questions so my son could read some as well. Overall just a really excellent resource for any student regardless of learning location.

Fan of Spectrum Books!
Purchased 2 of these for my kids to work on during non screen times. I like that the pages are colourful, yet muted colours (not bright/blinding). It’s about the size of a regular 8x11 sheet. Size of print is great for young children!
